1. Controller

2. Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we process your name, your email address and, if you answer, the AI services you use. We use this data only to contact you about Limenn (launch, early access, short follow-up questions) and to understand which AI tools our product must support. Legal basis: your consent (revFADP Art. 31(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards your submission to our inbox by email. We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or at the latest 24 months after your last contact with us.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit it, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request is processed in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest; revFADP Art. 31(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Fonts
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Your browser connects to Google's servers for this, which transmits your IP address to Google.
5. No tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We use Google Search Console only to see how the site appears in Google search; it does not place cookies on your device.
6. Disclosure abroad
Some of the providers above process data in the USA. Where a country does not have an adequate level of data protection, we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or comparable safeguards.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@aurora-intelligence.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.
8. The Limenn extension
This policy covers the website. The Limenn browser extension replaces personal data in your prompts on your own device; the mapping between placeholders and real values stays in your browser. A separate policy will accompany the extension's release.
